A special single-cask release. Limited to only 300 bottles, each individually numbered and presented in an elegant wooden box. Matured for 18 years in a single cask, with additional sherry cask finishing. Intense aromas of dried peach and raisin, followed by Christmas spices – vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon. Dark chocolate and a hint of leather complete the experience. The palate is multi-layered, with flavours of crème brûlée, and chocolate shavings. The finish is lingering and exceptionally smooth.
